Dessert Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds buttery round crackers

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease or line a 9 inch pie pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together crackers, lemon zest, sugar, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Pour mixture into pie pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until bubbly. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 10 minutes.
