1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (12 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
In a small mixing bowl, mix spinach, spinach mixture, mozzarella cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg and egg. Let sit overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Stir spinach mixture, mozzarella cheese mixture, egg and egg into the spinach mixture. Mix well, and spread mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and bubbly.
