1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons sherry
1/2 teaspoon mustard extract
1 teaspoon dry mustard mix
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup kirsch grape juice
In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sherry, mustard, dry mustard, salt, paprika and basil. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
To serve, cool and blend the grape juice in a small bowl. Then pour over the mayonnaise mixture. Cover tightly and chill in refrigerator until serving.
