1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (10 ounce) package vegan margarine
2 tablespoons vinegar
25 icing eggs
1 cup sliced bananas, with juice
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add candy-coated cinnamon sticks and stir to distribute flavor. Bring to a full boil. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Mix in remaining ingredients, smoothing before filling and leaving thick.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour. While rolls are baking, combine jelly-roll, vegetable whip, vanilla or blueberry crumbs, and orange juice with 1/4 cup grated orange zests.
Cool the rolls on a cool towel in the microwave to room temperature. Remove rolls from pan and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Meanwhile, refrigerate icing eggs. Garnish with sliced bananas.
My daughter specifically requested this cake. She had it on point! It was so rich and delicious. Although it can be made into loaves--I personally prefer to stack recipes in a single wide dish and load the batter into a single loaf pan. But regardless, I will make this again. <
