1 (10 inch) prepared pie crust
1 (10 inch) prepared KRAFT Dinner Roll
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (4 ounce) can chicken broth
1/2 cup packed brown gravy
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 cup cooked chicken thighs
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 pie crusts. Place the raisins, onion, green pepper and chicken broth in the bottom of the prepared pie crusts. Cover with the brown gravy and margarine. Pour marinade over all. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Pour chicken thighs onto each pie crust. Sprinkle chicken on top of the raisins. Cover with lettuce and cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is tender and bubbly. Serve hot or cold.
