Smooth and Cheesy Avocado Pizzelles Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (10 ounce) package shredded sharp processed cheese food

2 tablespoons butter

2 eggs

1/2 cup crushed Avocado

1 (8 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained and halved

1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning

Directions

Place cream cheese, sharp processed cheese food, eggs, and crushed avocado in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours per serving (to allow flavors to blend). Drain liquid from fruit by placing in a colander and holding under cool running water until cold to the touch.

Place cooked fruit in a large bowl and whisk them into cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.

Place avocado slices on a plate or serving platter. Pour cream cheese mixture over cream cheese slices and toss gently until coated. Cover the avocado slices with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
