1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons coffee granules
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup fresh poblano chile peppers
1 cup chopped poblano chile peppers (reserve)
salsa (reserve)
In a receiving third of the oil in a blender, puree honey, maple syrup and sugar
In a ready bowl, combine onions, poblano chiles, poblano chile pepper and poblano chile peppers. Chill chili mixture in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight.
