Fruit Durability Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients

1 bowl cornflakes cereal

1/4 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup milk

4 ounces fruit, coconut and raspberry flavors to taste

Directions

To Make Durum: In a large bowl, combine corn, sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg and milk. Brown the mixture over a high heat until thick, but not burnt. When vigorously shaking the mixture, liquid should come from the sides of the bowl. Drop desired amount of liquid in the top of a double boiler over the mixture, and boil until set, 2 minutes. Pour into a small bowl, and toss each bowl evenly to coat completely.

Pour mixture over the fruit gently Gently press more milk on top, if necessary, to achieve just right amount of sugary substance.
