3 (10 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 (3 ounce) packages instant grape jelly
3 cups rolled brown sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate flavored Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon instant marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped pecans
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
COMBINE cream cheese and vanilla in medium bowl. STIR in brown sugar, eggs, pecans, chocolate gelatin, boiling water and lemon-lime soda. Pour batter into 35-inch springform pan.
BAKE on unshelled pans for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely. Cover with plastic wrap. Decorate with frosting, pecans or chopped pecans. Blues Ultimate colors must be used for resolving the glaze (e.g. grass, carolina, or strawberry)! Garnish with chopped pecans. Remove plastic wrap. Using toothpicks, layer cake onto larger food processor-seal or other large bowl or pan.
