4 cups milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 cups milk, sugar, salt and butter. Bring mixture to a boil and bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Remove from heat. Curl mixture into single layer on a large serving platter. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
This is really good. My son made it as a gift for Thanksgiving and it was extremely popular. So easy and quick. I put the sauce on whole chunks of turkey and it was so nice.
