1 (18 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (13 ounce) package soft white chocolate
1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
1 cup chopped bananas
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix crushed pineapple, orange juice, chopped almonds, bananas, pecans and coconut. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until evenly brown. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
