Fruity Topping :
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/2 cup rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
6 cups milk
8 slices sweet bread, split
Place lemon juice in medium saucepan and mix with yellow mustard, rum, vanilla, eggs, and vanilla. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Remove from heat and stir vinegar into lemon juice, stirring gently. Serve warm or at room temperature.
