Light and Oat Peas with Goat Cheese Slurry Recipe

Ingredients

12 pounds yellow onion, sliced

2 seeds celery, seeded and cut into 1-inch wedges

2 tablespoons dried thyme

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 package dried green onions, torn into 1/4 inch rounds

1 pound prawns of medium size fried baguette

Directions

Put the yellow onion and celery slices in a shallow baking dish or bowl and sprinkle with thyme garlic, Parsley, red onion leaves, onion rings, scallions, lemon slices and lemon white stripes. I have made this successfully for over 25 years! Yes, it does indeed make enough sauce to share, but only a little. I plan on checking it against a serving of regular hamburgers to make sure it is truly suitable. I used raisins in this as well as blueberries; blueberries are so much cheaper in the market place.
