Shrimp Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients

2 heads iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried basil

3 tablespoons feta-flavored thickening blend

2 teaspoons tomato paste

1 large bay leaf

1/2 cup fine white wine

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Absolutely loved this. SOOOOOOOOOO good....when I tell people this recipe, they think of burgers....but what they don't know is that I used turkey gravy. Um...really good. Thanks for the recipe....I'll be making this again!

I have made this a few times for my kids and it is generally good. I have made it a few times vegan, depending on the blend of ingredients. I have made it with rice (vegan), and once rice and beans (vegan). It tastes pretty good so far, thanks!

So delicious and so easy! I used shrimp instead of shrimp dinner rolls. Everyone loved it. Also, the vegetables really add a nice taste.
