2 (9 inch) pie shells
1 cup packed light cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) can whole milk cream cheese, softened
1 pint cream cheese, softened
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, whole milk cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheese slices, and mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Mix until smooth and spread meringue into a 5 inch square dish.
Bake pie at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and let cool in oven for 1 hour.
