1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated brownie mix
2 (3 ounce) packages citrus flavored Jell-O mix
1 (12 ounce) jar frozen lemonade concentrate
1 1/4 cups whipped cream
1 1/2 cups chopped blackberries
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 1/4 cups strawberries, thinly sliced
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix brownie mix, citrus flavored gelatin and lemonade concentrate. Stir until smooth.
Spread batter into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove pan from oven. Cool completely.
Layer vanilla pudding mix, lemonade concentrate, whipped cream and crushed cookies on top of pie.
Thaw pie by placing pan in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and layering top of pie with whipped cream and almonds. Remove from oven. Place filling in pie crust. Pour over pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool completely. Frost with strawberry jam.
