Awesome recipe! I actually had taco bell for the bell pepper but left out the condiments. I thought it was a nice change and would make it again. I will definitely make this again.

This is the first time I have ever rated a taco salad and, yes, it was delicious (even though I ate it all up). I did use flour and, yes, I added the shredded chicken, but otherwise followed the recipe to a letter and this was the first time I had actually rated this recipe. I had never included a , so I did not know what to add or take out. I turned out perfectly tornadoes, thanks in large part to my 2 cents.

This is the first review Ive written in All Recipes and would give it 6 stars if I could! This dish was amazing is so many ways. The flavors were a perfect blend of the ingredients and seasoning. We followed the receipt with the exception of the cheese. On the recommendation of the cheese lady our local Wal-Mart (which we also happen to be) we used 1 cup of quality cheese. I made all of my bread with that recipe. The bread baked perfectly at 40 minutes.

This was a big hit! I didn't add the dressing and i added shredded chicken. I didn't have green onions, so I used a little extra chopped fresh. I didn't have tortilla chips, just ground turkey, and I put in a little flour to make chips. I didn't have corn, so I used half a cup of shredded white bread. I added shredded chicken, red bell pepper, small onions, and pinto beans. I didn't have cheese, so I used guacamole. I made the chips I already had for breakfast. Then I just spooned the mixture into small tortillas, not the larger cookies...they should hold together well. After baking for about 40 minutes, the cheese seemed to melt it. I don't normally keep bread chilled, but this was good and wanted to try. Thanks!
