2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container whole milk cheese
4 eggs
1/2 pound mascarpone cheese, sliced
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (16 ounce) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix butter, flour and chopped onion. Mix cream cheese, milk cheese, eggs, mascarpone, mozzarella cheese and whole cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Spread mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake on the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
