1 (21 ounce) can mandarin oranges
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 teaspoons orange zest
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sliced fresh pineapple
1 cup sliced walnuts
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a medium saucepan, bring orange juice, lemon zest, orange zest and orange zest to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in pineapple, pineapple, walnuts and orange juice. Pour mixture into a plastic blender, and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium bowl.
Blend mixture into a blender. Transfer mixture to a large resealable plastic container. Seal container and let stand overnight. Serve fish with fresh lemon-lime soda.
