1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 teaspoon blueberry extract
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (15 ounce) cansning jars or cansning tubes.
In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in the lemon-lime soda. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1 egg, lemon extract, orange extract, blueberry extract and cocoa; beat into the creamed mixture until well blended. Pour into jars or cansning jars.
Lock and load lids onto the jars. Line with paper towels and pour batter into each jar. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool completely before cutting into 1 1-inch squares.
