(1/4 cup whole blackberries)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons raspberry juice
1/2 small strawberry
1 orange, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon apricot preserves
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and raspberry juice. Stir in strawberry juice and apple preserves. Shake vigorously. Pour mixture into a glass or plastic bowl and refrigerate until serving.
