Bunsucher Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds bratwurst

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup thin sliced carrots

3 potatoes - peeled, grated and thinly sliced

1 onion, finely chopped

6 eggs

3 egg white eggs

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons lemon zest

4 cups boxed liquid ammel soda, chilled

2 tablespoons cherry juice

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Place bratwurst in the grease and turn so that it sticks to the side and does not brown from the bottom.
