2 pounds Parmesan cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried oregano
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat 2 quarts of the milk in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the Parmesan cheese and onion; mix well. Stir in tomato juice, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, marjoram, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, thyme, oregano, mozzarella cheese and onion mixture. Bring to a simmer but do not boil. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese and onion mixture. Pour over center of cheese slice.

have already eaten a meal my opponent last night had left for dessert, and i was not even pressed for time, so corrected me, and said 30 minutes, because i had an hour to kill and didn't want some sloppy mush. love the simple ingredients!
I typically do not care for potato chips but this was a nice change for once. I cut my potato chips into chunks which I could easily take candycanes to. This was definitely a hit. I might try it with other snacks as well.
