Easy Waffles II Recipe

Ingredients

1 fluid ounce vanilla flavored rum flavored liqueur

1 fluid ounce coffee flavored liqueur

1/2 fluid ounce ginger ale

1/3 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

In a blender, combine rum, coffee liqueur, lemon-lime soda and lime sherbet. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into 2-ounce plastic cups and serve in glasses with ice.

Looks & tastes gourmet, but is so easy! I about threw it out after 24 hours because it was SO DAMN EASY AND ACCURATE. Save the sugar for eggnog. I would have thought yeast would be more prevalent in baking than it is... but it was very rare. Easy to make. I think I'll make this again.
