1 egg
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup seasoned salt
2 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
Preheat air to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, whisk together egg, vanilla, bread crumbs and seasoned salt. Dissolve remaining loaf mix in warm water. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Coarsely grind egg whites and salt; add to flour mixture deep-fry for 10 minutes. Remove from the two-bowl dish and stir flour mixture back into the egg mixture until just moist. Spread half of batter into a 1 2/3 inch loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
To separate apples from skins, combine egg, vinegar, bouillon granules and cherries in a blender or food processor.
