1 potato, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C); grease pita squares.
Melt the ketchup and olive oil in a small bowl. Stir in the onions, garlic powder, Italian-style salad dressing, wine vinegar, white vinegar, lemon zest and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread a thin layer of dough over the bottom of a 1-inch square baking dish. Place the egg whites on top of all, with ketchup mixture touching the insides. Spread an even layer of ketchup mixture onto all sides of the pita dough into a long rectangle. Roll edges of dough to keep well-mixed. Alternate with cheese chip meringue, egg white and seasoned salt, and pineapp
