1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons dried parsley
6 large onions, thinly sliced
2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, salt, parsley, onion, and potatoes. Mix together butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour mixture over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until golden brown. Cool and cool completely before slicing. (Note: If egg whites are hard to reach, you can cover with plastic wrap.)
