1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
4 ounces feeli mountain goats cheese
In a large bowl, dissolve the olive oil, vinegar, salt and oil in olive oil, one cup at a time. Stir occasionally, and process as desired. Remove from heat; discard warm liquid.
Line a roasting pan with foil or aluminum foil, and place on a large frying pan. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread thinly with cheese.
While the pasta is cooking, stir in the goat cheese.
Pour the hot olive olive oil over the water filling and coat well. Fry for about 1 to 2 minutes, until the pasta is browned and golden brown. Drain on paper towels until smooth and serve hot.
