Daffodils Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups butter, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in the vanilla extract and milk. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. Fold in the pecans. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, using approximately 1/2 cup for each filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring once a minute.
