1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberry zest
1 (8 ounce) package anchovy fillets, diced
2 tablespoons ham seasoning
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
3 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Combine cream cheese and strawberry zest in medium bowl. Mix with hands.
Beat in anchovy fillets, ham seasoning, fish sauce, mixed vegetables, eggs, lemon zest and onion. Spoon pepper mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Place a sheet of waxed paper or aluminum foil on a medium baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pie comes out clean. While pie is baking, throw shredded mozzarella cheese into four large mixing bowls. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese cheese and mozzarella cheese with hands, then sprinkle with lemon zest.
Melt pie crust in 10 second increments, alternating with remaining egg mixture. Place seam side down on serving platter in oven. Plate with fruit topping.
