1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon cream powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart Bundt pan.
Make the dough: In a large bowl, mix sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and cloves. Roll out dough into a 4x1 inch squares and roll into circles. Place half of the dough into the bottom of the greased Bundt pan. Top with remaining dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden. remove from oven, and let cool on a wire rack. Cut into 1/2 inch squares.
In a large bowl, beat cream powder, vanilla extract, milk and lemon zest until blended.
In a small bowl, mix sugar, lemon juice and maple syrup.
