2 cups finely chopped Almonds
1 cup finely chopped orzo beans
1 onion, cut into medium size pieces
2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 teaspoon cocoa, solids
2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix almonds, beans, onion, butter or margarine, brown sugar, chocolate and cocoa. Shape mixture into fudge. Chill in refrigerator. Roll fudge to style. Store refrigerated in airtight containers.
