2 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk chocolate syrup
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat, stir in butter, sugar, oil, vanilla, milk and eggs. Cover, and simmer for 1 minute.
Transfer mixture to blender or food processor bowl. Blend thoroughly. Transfer mixture to 8 large trays.
Pour chocolate syrup over soup mixture. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
