I followed the recipe exactly (or so I thought)! I did use sugar cookie mix and all the other extras listed but it was perfect. Instructions are a bit unclear on when to use butter so I waited til I had all the ingredients and measures and ended up using lite dark rum. Still recommend checking it after 1 hour as it can burn really quickly.

Just Made this There......I love Philadelphia....I used 1 1/2 c. cream cheese and added 1/2 c. sugar......I also sprinkled the balsamic right onto the outside of the cookie. It looked great but it wasn't spicy enough for me. So instead of the sugar, I added egg white SUGAR. Hmm....I might try adding some more next time.
