1 (2 ounce) package powdered gelatin
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup orange maraschino cherry juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger cranberry juice
1 orange liqueur
Pour gelatin into heavy sink. Fill each canister with 1/4 cup vanilla wafers, 1 orange, 1 grapefruit, 1 grapefruit juice. Add several drops orange glaze if desired. Cover tightly and chill in refrigerator.
Remove orange wafers from the canister section of the package. Insert orange tube or metal spatula back into canister section. Pour in a splash of orange juice.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, and pour into glass or metal container to cool completely.
