1 pound long-grain white rice
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons MSG
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
In a medium saucepan, combine rice, water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, MSG, salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, rosemary and sherry. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
