2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
2 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread cream cheese evenly over one layer of baking dish. Press remaining cream cheese evenly over bottom of large baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, cream cheese, corn syrup, whole milk, vanilla extract and brown sugar. Pour mixture over cream cheese layer. Remove from oven. Pour over cream cheese layer. Arrange Swiss cheese in pan of oven. Place cheese on top of sauce mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly. Cool slightly. Garnish with shredded cheese and a slice of Swiss cheese.
