French Bean Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

Beat butter or margarine, sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder in medium bowl to moisten. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture, mixing just until combined. Spoon batter into prepared paper liners.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove muffins from oven; sprinkle with crumbs. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove muffins from oven and sprinkle with lemon chocolate glaze and cinnamon sugar.
