1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix mixed vegetables and tomato sauce. Place lemon juice, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, and lemon pepper. Pour mixture into a resealable plastic bag.
Place bag in shallow greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Fill container with water. Spoon mixture over vegetables. Cover and seal edges of bag.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and meat is easily removed from bones.
