Shrimp Whole Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 pound) whole chicken is cut into thin strips

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

3 tablespoons garlic powder

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 (4 ounce) can anchovy fillets, drained and flaked

1 medium head iceberg lettuce, washed and cut into 4 wedges

1 medium tomato, diced

1 medium carrot, diced

8 ounces Italian-style salad dressing

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Place chicken strips in the bottom of an easily microwave safe dish. Add 1/4 cup butter and onion and lightly toast. Mix together celery and garlic powder and add to pan. Place in microwave for 10 minutes.

Arrange tomato slices on bottom of dish. Place onion and celery in microwave for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic powder mixture and top with lettuce, tomato, carrot and assorted salad dressing. Place dish in microwave for 15 minutes.

Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Indeed is indeed very easy to make and very tasty. I did press it a bit, and poach it until crisp in about 1tablespoon of butter. I would advise against rushing this and watching the sugar levels religiously, as sugar can build up quickly and cause fermentation to occur. This is also why I left out the cinnamon; I think during short transport it would have coughed through and done the same thing as the sugar. However, I actually very much like this recipe and will be making it again....
