1/2 cup water
1/2 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 cup uncooked spaghetti
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, combine water, rice, spaghetti, broth, chicken bouillon, milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
