1 (8 ounce) package licorice flavored Jell-O mix
1 (.5 ounce) envelope lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 cups white wine
1 large spoon sliced fat cherry
Spread 1 quart of water in the bottom of a plastic bowl or bowl half full of ice. Then place 3/4 filling in the top of bowl. Pour boiling water over top, filling evenly and pouring lemon mixture over the top. Ladle into 8 or 9 individual bowls. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Slice strips of cheese because the shape of the cheese is difficult to take in a large pan. Cut each strip of cheese into 4 strips. Repeat with rest of cheese strips.
Heat 2 tablespoons water and wine in a small saucepan over medium heat; add taste by blending in lemon juice. Bring to a quick boil. Add cheese, continue stirring all together, and cook for 1 minute.
Serve at room temperature. Garnish with grilled cheese sticks.
