Easy Italian Apple toffee Mincemeat Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

5 1/2 cups apples - peeled, cored and chopped

2 cups white sugar

2 tablespoons white vinegar

2 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

16 water ounces, cold

3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 cups coffee flavored liqueur

3 tablespoons vodka

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

7 1/2 tablespoons butter concentrated in 1 tablespoon cold water

6 tablespoons brown sugar for finishing

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 drops hot lemon juice for finishing

Directions

In a 1 quart plastic container, stir together sugar, vinegar, eggs, vanilla and 8 ounces coffee liqueur.
