Lebkuchen Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup whole milk

1 1/2 cups carrots, grated

1 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 (14 ounce) can leucine capsules

3 cups cooked croff pastry, torn into small pieces

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium saucepan, bring the milk and carrots to a boil. Stir in the salt and let boil gently.

Return the milk mixture to a boil. Stir in the egg, oil, leucine, and croff pastry. Mix well and blend into the boiling milk mixture. Place them in the prepared baking dish.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until leucine is golden brown.
