3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup lemon cream
2 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon orange zest lemon twist, grated
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine sugar, orange juice, water, evaporated milk, lemon cream, eggs, cream and instant coffee in small mixing bowl on medium-speed, using electric mixer on high speed (60 seconds).
Beat with electric mixer until mixture is smooth. Pour on top of filled whipped disk, replacing bottom and sides. Cut in half and serve immediately.
Garnish with lemon wedge and sprinkles of orange zest.
