1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2,8 inch square pan.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, brown sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, coconut and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and sour cream. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out clean. Cool in pan thoroughly before cutting into 1 inch squares.
