Molasses Corn Whiskey Slop Recipe

Ingredients

2 quarts molasses

2 1/2 pounds butter

4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons mustard powder

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a large saucepan, heat molasses and butter until bubbles burst. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Remove the butter from the vinegar. Mix in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard powder. Drizzle over the slops. Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until set.
