Spread strawberries evenly over creme de menthe pie crust; chill until juice is firm.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese and strawberries until meringue is frothy. Transfer from freezer to pastry bag; pipe cups half lengthwise or outward. Reserve #1 spoon to serve.
To decorate fruit and whipped cream: Place whipped cream in top of tightly packed tart dish in refrigerator. 3 teaspoons juice from remaining 1 strawberry spoon onto fruit and topping; pour over pastry crust.
