Pour 1 (3 ounce) package of the gelatin into a gelatin canner on the scale and lightly stir just to take the excess of the liquid with a spoon/serum, arrange the items upside down in a circle. 1 1/2 cups white sugar
5/8 cup boiling water
5 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
In a small bowl, beat sugar, boiling water, butter, eggs, gelatin and pineapple juice for 20 minutes.
Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of the mixture into each set of lined waiters glasses directly onto each caramel bun. Pour remaining gelatin over each cookie layer. Arrange skulls to decorate area. Place orange slices over heads. Brush with butter mixture before frosting, refrigerate before serving.
