2 (9 inch) packages breakfast mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
6 ounces confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
Prepare Egg and Crust Drizzle:
In a large bowl, combine egg whites, cream cheese, and chocolate chips. Beat on medium speed until fluffy.
In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream and sugar. Gradually stir egg mixture into flour mixture. Drop batter by rounded tablespoons over 2-inch-diameter baking pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until top is golden brown and filling is set. Cool before serving.
